My son has just officially signed for a Category One academy, and honestly we can’t thank FDNA enough for everything they’ve done. I know they always say it’s mainly down to the player’s commitment, but in our eyes a huge amount of credit goes to FDNA.
They opened the door for my son to chase his dream of becoming a professional footballer and gave us one of the proudest moments we could ever have as parents. Seeing how far he’s come in such a short space of time is incredible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to FDNA for believing in him and helping him take that step.

Our sessions are delivered by ex-professional players, Category 1 academy coaches, and UEFA qualified technical development coaches.
We work primarily within the Foundation Phase (7–12), with blended age groups to accelerate development and build resilience.
Blending ages mirrors academy environments and challenges players further. Younger players are pushed physically and mentally, Older players technically and competitively. Everyone improves faster.
It means dominating the ball, competing with intensity, and developing the mindset to take control of not just football, but life. Aggression is assertiveness and bravery — not recklessness.

Yes. Our players regularly compete against professional academies across the country through our academy fixture programme.
Over 64+ players have signed professional academy contracts through the FDNA system, with dozens also currently on trial with Category 1 clubs across the UK.
We maintain strong pathway relationships with 6 professional academies across the UK — Manchester United, Birmingham City, Leicester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Nottingham Forest & Burton Albion — whilst also remaining exclusively independent to give every player additional opportunities to clubs outside of our pathway partnerships.
No one can guarantee a signing. What we guarantee is a higher standard of preparation, exposure, and development than traditional grassroots sessions.
Consistency is key. We operate on a monthly commitment model because development requires repetition and commitment.
